Established in the year 1998, National Real Estate Development
Council (NAREDCO) is the apex Indian national self-
regulatory body representing all spheres of enterprises
engaged in various aspects of real estate development.
These include land development, layout, planning, construction
of residential, commercial and institutional buildings/complexes,
development of townships, provision of urban infrastructure
(roads, electricity, drainage, sewerage, water supply)
and social infrastructure (recreational, educational
and medical facilities). The other allied fields include
architecture, town planning, supply of building materials,
estate finance insurance, estate marketing and brokerage.
